How long does delivery take?
The order(s) usually will be delivered to you by 2-7 working days, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
How will my delivery be shipped?
Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out the orders. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers.
How much is the shipping fee?
- FREE Shipping– FREE (for orders over $88)
- Standard Shipping – $10.99 (for orders under $88)
NOTE: We offer free shipping for orders over $88, but this is not usually available on pre-sale products.
What countries do you ship to?
Currently we only ship orders to the United States.
You can click to WHERE TO BUY and place an order from our official store on Amazon if your country is not listed in the shipment area.
How do I track my order?

Easy Peasy! Log into your account through the online store, check out the fulfillment status against your recent order. If the order has been fulfilled, please click on the order information, then you can find your tracking information here.
- I DON'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT YET
As soon as your order is packed and shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email. If you haven't received an email yet, please reach out to us at email@example.com, our sales staff will contact you ASAP.

After receiving your tracking information, you can also click to our ORDER TRACKING page and paste the tracking number to check the shipping details.
Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?
