TX123 won’t connect

New out of the box, charged the batteries and installed new AA batteries in the remote. I turn the transmitter on with only a rapid flash from the red led. Nothing happens with the boat. Tested voltage at the batteries with both showing 4.2v. Tried both boat batteries in different sequences with the remote. Please help as no instructions were provided with the TX123.

    Hi Kristoff Carlson

Thank you for your comment and and we're very willing to help!

To ensure high-efficiency troubleshooting, please follow the steps below:
    1. Make sure both the RC boat and remote are full of power, and please insert the battery of the controller with the correct "+" & "-" polarity.
please kindly check the status of the battery's indicator light during charging below :
    A. Red light does not lit: The battery is unconnected.
    B. Red light stays lit: The battery is charging normally.
    C. Red light goes out: The battery is finished charging.
D.The indicator light does not light when plugging the USB: The battery fails to be charged.

    2. Make sure the two red dots on the bottom of the RC boat are fully in contact with the water so that the RC boat will be activated.

Pairing fails: Both indicators on the transmitter and boat flash.
Pairing succeeds: Both indicators on the transmitter and boat stay lit. And the transmitter will make a "beep" sound.

    3. Please pay attention not to touch the throttle when you're pairing.

  • We found the water sensor. Wires were not completely plugged in. Once we achieve connection it worked. This is a great toy and everybody who’s use it has had nothing but fun with it. Thank you for responding.
