HQ051S - Can’t restart

HQ051S, brand new drone had a “hard” landing and now we can’t get the propellers to turn on. Followed the instructions to “reset”, and changed out batteries. Any suggestions?

    Thank you for your comment and and we're very willing to help!

    Please follow the steps below： 
    1. Check whether the battery is fully charged and installed properly. Switch on the drone and then the remote controller, the indicator will flash.
    2. After hearing the "Beep" sounds, pull the left joystick to the top and then push it to the bottom.
    3. When the RC drone is paired successfully, the light of both the remote controller and the RC drone will stay on.
