Boat became slow and would not turn quickly . I charger the batteries, went back to the lake and did same thing.

    Hi David

Thank you for your comment and we are very willing to help.
To ensure high-efficiency troubleshooting, please follow the steps below:

    1. Please check whether the battery is fully charged and insert the remote battery with the incorrect "+" & "-" polarity.
    2. Check whether the  propellers and driveshaft are stuck.
    3. Check whether the guiding rudder& propeller are worn or Replace propeller directly (if the guiding rudder&propeller are obviously worn, which may affect the speed of the boat)

And regarding the issue of steering, please check whether the potentiometer plugs inside the remote are loose or not. And then check the servo plug. Please plug them in tightly. Steps for troubleshooting:
    1. Please adjust the trim button on the remote to see whether the servo moves or not. If the servo remains still, the servo is probably defective.
    2. If the servo moves after adjusting the Trim button, the remote controller is probably defective.

Thank you for your understanding and if you need more help, please kindly contact with our support team via email: support@bezgar.com .

Thank you for your time and wish you a happy life!
