Bezgar BD901 drone app timed out

I really like this drone.. I fly it daily and everything works fine except for the real time video streaming,, the app keeps getting timed out, I've tried multiple devices I connect to the drones wifi and open the app, app days connected so I click "Enter Device" it opens and shows whatever is infront of camera but immediately disconnected and says timed out,,

    Thank you for your comment and we are willing to help!

    This may be due to insufficient battery causing the WIFI signal to weaken, or insufficient controller battery causing the pairing failure. Please try recharging the drone's battery and replacing the controller with brand new batteries.
