Hm165 Car not moving

When the car was turned on it would only move with the first squeeze of the trigger, then it would not respond. Now it is not responding at all. Any idea's on what the problem is?

    Turn it off let it sit turn it back on try to sync it doesn't work turn it off again unplug it let it sit for 10 seconds when I get back in first turn on the remote only at 75% and then turn on your car any more issues ask
