Bezgar RV Truck

I have a Bezgar Truck that’s been sitting for quite some time now. I changed the batteries in the 2.4 ghz controller and the steering rev flashes red continuously. And the batteries in the charger continue to flash blue after an entire day of charging.
Please advise.
