Hp 161s steering problem

Hello so I’ve had my hp 161s for a couple of days now and it will turn one way all the way but only slightly turn the other way what would be the cause of the I just got it and absolutely love it so don’t want to not be able to use it

    Please try the following steps for trouble-shooting:
    1. Check whether the battery power is sufficient and installed correctly or not.
    2. Check whether the steering gear makes some noise. If the noises are loud, the steering gear might be damaged. 3. If the steering gear does not make noises, remove the RC car shell and place the car on the stand with four wheels off the ground, to check whether there are damaged or missing parts and accessories.
    Attention: When recording the video, please keep the camera focused on the ESC and indicator light on the transmitter for us to analyze the failure more accurately.

    i have same issue and i filed a ticket but the verification email just goes back to this site
