Unable to find parts (HM 101)
I bought my son an HM101, and it's been pretty frustrating keeping it operational, mainly because I cannot find replacement parts.
For example (this is not the only issue), one of the shocks on the truck broke, and I need to replace it (p/n T2100) yet it's not available here - it's not even listed anywhere, except in the car manual. There are a number of parts that aren't available, so I'm forced to try and find parts on Amazon and cross my fingers, hoping they're correct - I've already wasted $25 on shocks, and am about to potentially waste another 25 on some other ones.
Am I missing some resource here? Does anyone have a recommendation on where I can get exact replacement parts? Obviously more than one company resells the same vehicles here, but would it be too much to ask to at least keep the replacement components using common part numbers?
My kid loves this car but it's been broken more than it's been working. I know it's going to break, I knew that going into this but it shouldn't be so painful to find replacement parts - this should be what pays the bills for Bezgar, instead I'm being forced to go to amazon or wherever.
