I've had so many issues with the hm102. Receiver, tires, hexes, esc. does anyone else have a bezgar rc that has problems ALL the time?

I went to run mine for the third time and the car runs for 5 seconds then stops moving.

I bought the hp161S and it runs fine for 5-10 mins but then it won’t accelerate anymore. The wheels are able to continue to turn and I am able to turn on the light bar. Is anyone else having this issue?
Aarodriguez86 mine is doing the same thing. They are telling me the esc is bad.
Hi is there an upgrade battery for bezgar as aa battery is no good and not charging.
I tried charging battery but battery gets red hot???
I bought hm124 truck for my son for christmas I received the truck broken and need to return it for a replacement
I am having a similar issue. HM124 starts and in a few seconds just stops. The wheels still turn left/right but no revolutions.

To ensure high efficiency troubleshooting, please follow the steps below and help to record an RC car failure video to support team via email: support@bezgar.com to figure out the issues and provide you with a solution.
Please try the following steps for trouble shooting:
1. Check whether the battery power is sufficient and installed correctly or not.
2. Turn off the RC car and the transmitter. Pull the RC car back and forth on the ground.
3.If the noise from the motor is too loud, please check whether the motor pinion close to the motor is broken or whether the big gear is worn.
4.After removing the RC car shell, place the car on the stand to check whether there are damaged or missing parts and accessories.
Attention: When recording the video, please keep the camera focusing on the ESC and indicator light on the transmitter for us to analyze the failure more accurately.
