Is my battery charged? I'm not sure

Not sure if my batteries are charging properly. Is my battery pack charged when both the red and green lights remain solid and NOT flashing for my truck model # HM103?  How long is the expected time to charge the battery pack?

    Hi there,

    We are sorry about the troubles you encounter when using our product and we are very willing to help. It takes about 180 minutes to fully charge the battery.

    To ensure high-efficiency troubleshooting, please kindly check the status of the battery's indicator light during charging below:
    1. Red light stays lit: The battery is unconnected.
    2. Red light stays lit while the green light flickers: The battery is charging normally.
    3. Both red and green lights stay lit: The battery is finished charging.
    4. Red light flickers frequently: The battery fails to be charged. (Notice: The Maximum Watts of the Adaptor is 10W)

    Besides, we'd like to offer you some advice on battery charging or using:
    1. It is highly recommended to use the original battery and charger when charging. Remember not to charge the battery directly in the RC car. The battery needs to be taken out of the RC car and put into an explosion-proof bag when charging the battery;
    2. When charging the battery, you should check the charging status frequently. If the battery is deformed or bulged, please stop charging immediately and dispose of the dangerous goods;
    3. Insert the battery positive(+) and negative(-) anodes correctly to prevent the battery from short circuit;
    4. Please refer to the instruction manual for charging time. Do not overcharge the battery;
    5. The battery should be charged up to 50% power after use to prevent damage to the battery due to low voltage.
