  Hi Cole,

   

  We are sorry about the troubles you encounter when using our product and we are very willing to help.

  To ensure high-efficiency troubleshooting, please kindly check the status of the battery's indicator light for your Rc car TB141 during charging below：

  1. Red light does not lit: The battery is unconnected.

  2. Red light stays lit: The battery is charging normally.

  3. Red light goes out: The battery is finished charging.

  4. The indicator light does not light when plugging the USB: The battery fails to be charged.

   

  Besides, we'd like to offer you some advice on battery charging or using:

  1.It is highly recommended to use the original battery and charger when charging. Remember not to charge the battery directly in the RC car. The battery needs to be taken out of the RC car when charging the battery;

  2.When charging the battery, you should check the charging status frequently. If the battery is deformed or bulged, please stop charging immediately and dispose of the dangerous goods;

  3.Insert the battery positive(+) and negative(-) anodes correctly to prevent the battery from short circuit;

  4.Please refer to the instruction manual for charging time. Do not overcharge the battery;

  5.The battery should be charged up to 50% power after use to prevent damage to the battery due to low voltage.

  Thank you so much for getting back to me! I figured out the problem. One of the wires connecting the battery is frayed.  So the battery will never work. :(
