Can I buy a motor that's brushless and faster also a lipo battery to make it fast?

    Britney's comment is correct. And we are sorry that we do not offer the brushless motor for HS181.

    If the rc has a brushed set up you will need to change out the Servo(if it has five wires) , Speed Controller,Transmitter/Receiver and motor also
