HM102 weak point: brass Spur gear and brass motor pinion

The spur gear and motor pinion wore out on my 2nd use of the car and now it wont move. A car this size should not have brass gearing of that quality. There is an aluminum upgrade that the car should come with installed initially.

I recently had the rear diff. Start slipping in my Bezgar wild, HP161S after only my 3rd charge of the battery .. I called support because the only rear diff I found on the website doesn’t say it fits that model. I was then transferred to the manufacturer supposedly. And then I was told to just e-mail support. How can I get a rear diff for my brand new truck?
